Shipping and Returns

Delivery
Subject to availability,we endeavour to fulfil U.K orders using first class post within 14 days of the order.If there are any delays we will let you know as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated delivery date.

At the moment we charge a delivery charge of £3.00 for any purchases up to the value of £50 within the UK. Delivery is free of charge for any purchases over the value of £50 within the UK.

Back Orders
All orders are subject to availability.If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and maybe offered an alternative colour or later delivery date

Returns
We must be notified in writing (by e-mail) and within 3 days of taking delivery if you intend to return any product.After 3 days we will deem that you have accepted the goods after inspecting them.
Goods may need to be returned to us for a number of reasons:

• Change of size
• Change of colour
• Change of style
• Cancel order
• Damaged goods.

All items we sell are carefully inspected before dispatch.We hope that you do not have any problems but if you do find a product is faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us immediately.If you then need to make a claim then please make sure you submit it in writing (by e-mail) to us within 3 working days and return the goods within 10 days. Postage charges will not be refunded unless the the item is found to be faulty.

Gumbies Direct will exchange or issue a credit note if all of the following conditions are met:
 

• The item has not been worn and is in re-saleable condition
• The original labels are still attached

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ask at the post office for a certificate of postage as we cannot be responsible for packages that do not reach us.
